Using the Web allows you to discover way more than you may have ever thought possible and is a great complement to the materials found in the library. Below is a list of questions about the basic geography terms. Surf the links on this page to find answers to the questions.

- Latitude
& Longitude - Know how latitude and climate are related. The 'lower' the
latitude number, the hotter the climate.
- Latitude
& Climate -Latitude numbers range from 0-90 degrees. Describe how
climate is related to Latitude. In other words, Low Latitudes (0-23.5 degrees),
Middle Latitudes (23.5-66.3 degrees), and High Latitudes (66.3-90 degrees).
Describe what is the climate like within these three areas. HINT: Read the
